Boarding Rates

Crossroads R & R, offers 20, 14 x 14 box stalls, with 13 in the main barn, including 3 foaling stalls (separate price).  We offer 2 additional private barns for rental and 30 loafing stalls with direct pasture access. All stalls have matts provided, lights and fans for additional comfort. Board includes use of the facility locker rooms and swimming pool. Crossroads also invite you to bring your horse for long weekends, or trailer in for get-aways here with us.  Perfect for ride-away weekend stayovers! Coggins required.

Main Stall Boarding
$425-month

  • All stalls are safe and sturdy metal (Sweetwater Barn) stalls with rubber mat floors.Wonderful air flow and ventilation. Fans available*.

  • Stalls have Dutch doors on the inside and full slide outside with personal paddock or group turnout.

  • Attached paddocks range from 16' x 24' and are metal pole fencing.

  • Stalls are (3) 12' x 24', and (11) 13' x 13'.

  • Turnout for exercise 7 days a week, weather permitting.

  • Stalls are cleaned daily and water is checked twice daily.

  • Horse grained and hayed pure fertilized Coastal Hay 2 x day, additional feedings may be set up for ideal customization for your horses needs.

Loafing Stalls
$200.00 month

  • Shelters are three and a half sided for ultimate weather protection from both the wind and rain.

  • There is a maximum of 10 horses for each 15 acre parcel

  • Fencing is wood rails with barbless wire to prevent chewing around the perimeter of the property.                  

  • Water trough’s are provided and checked twice a day. Emptied and scrubbed 1 x week

  • Grain must be provided at owner expense or separate fees may be assigned. If you prefer addtional hay, must be purchased through Crossroads R & R.

Boarding Amenities

  • 250 x 175 ft professional outdoor arena with 3" pipe, cattle shoots and holds, 6" sand base for excellent footing

  • 35 ft outdoor round pen

  • Seperate Mare, Gelding and 'Seniors' pastures
