Lodging Rates

We offer a bit of heaven to all with our 8 guest  cabins. Crossroads R & R is the perfect location for family reunions, corporate events, social gatherings and ministry retreats.

 

​All reservations are made onto a credit card.  Cancellation is required 1 week prior on normal dates, 30 days prior on Holidays.  Check in is from 11am - 2:00pm and check out is 11:00am. No smoking inside any of the buildings at all will be permitted, outside with recipticles only ~ Thank you!

Reservations may be made from 8:00am- 7:00pm.  As we are a working ranch, please leave a message and all calls will be returned within the day

We reserve the right to refuse service and prices are subject to change without notice.

 

We are a retreat atmospere, come disconnect.  Rooms offer TV's, with  DVD players. We do offer WiFi, but the weather will challenge it at times. Enjoy nature and quite!

 

Cabins

We offer 8 individually themed cabins.  Each sleep 2-6 per cabin, but we can adjoin units to accommodate larger groups.  6 of the cabins offer full kitchenettes, microwaves, refrigerator’s, coffee makers, and blow driers.


Prices are listed under the photos. They are based on double occupancy, with $15.00 per person for each person after that a single unit. $25.00 pet fee.

 

Bunk & Board
          Equine Get-A-Way

​The Bunk & Board packages are specially created to encourage guests to bring thier own horses and enjoy the ammenities and value of offering something fresh for your equine friend.  You enjoy the private cabins, while your trusted steed enjoys his own private stall with individual turn out for only an extra $25/day!

Fitness Center & Game Room

​

Fitness Center contains 4 pieces of exercise equipment-nothing fancy- but if you do not want to take in walking outside, feel free to visit at the back south-east corner, adjacent to the Sunrise Pavilioin.  Courtyard hoping to be complete in summer of 2018

 

Game Room- board games, basketball net, kids mini pool table.  Non electrical!

Sunrise Pavilion

Crossroads offers a beautiful pavilion for whatever your need!  Graduation, anniversary, weddings, Corp event, training center, birthday parties!  We can comfortable seat 80 in this building, complete with kitchenette, tables and chairs. 

 

Hall begins $500.00 for first 4 hours, and $25.00 per hour after that!ise Pavillion
