Tucked away nestled in a grove of trees you find the charming space we use as our special events facility, The Sunrise Pavilion.

Pricing:

Please note- the below rates are based on a 4 hour rental, which includes 2 hours of FREE decorating time for your convienance. $25.00 per hour after initial block..  Parties with 50+guests are required by law to have minimum of 1 officer on site for attendance.  Paid for seperately from host.

 

Monday-Thursday: $350.00

Friday or Sunday: $450.00

Saturday: $550.00

 

*50% deposit due upon reservation, with balance due prior to start of function. Non-refundable deposit for cancellation with less then 1 month notice. 2  month cancellation on holidays.   Double ALL fees for any abuse to space or grounds. No firearms allowed on premis.
